Amazing shop with incredible customer service! They went way above and beyond to make sure my bike was fixed properly, and didn’t even charge me for all the extra time and effort they put in. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and honest, and their shop dog Mojo is the best. I’m so grateful for their generosity and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my bike needs.

I love this bike shop! The staff are all lovely, and the work is always done quickly, efficiently, and affordably. Plus, their dog Mojo is pretty funny too. I’ve dealt with several bike shops around Ottawa over the past couple of years, and I was shocked at how poorly some of them are run. But Z’s Bike Shop is a breath of fresh air. They’re amazing—100% recommend!

Honest staff, reasonable prices, and great service. I booked a tier 2 tune-up for my bike. When I dropped my bike off, the staff looked it over and said they’d book me in for a tier 1 tune-up because my bike was in good enough shape that the tier 2 wasn’t necessary. So refreshing to find a shop that doesn’t try to upsell you! They even replaced one of my axle springs for free. Fully recommend this place for any bike services you may need!

The team at Zs are professional, transparent, friendly, and easy to deal with. Lucas was open and up front about the issues with my bike used for winter commuting. He kept me informed and was true to his word about getting me back on the road as soon as possible and inline with the original timeline he quoted me. It is easy to see that the team takes pride in their work. I would recommend Zs to anyone, anytime, without hesitation.

Walked into Z’s Bike Fix without an appointment and he had the issue fixed for my bike in 5 minutes by straightening the tooth — only charged me $20. I had just come from another shop that charged me $60, didn’t solve anything, and wanted to charge even more to diagnose and replace parts. But this place — he’s a real mechanic, not just a parts changer. I found my new bike mechanic.

I called ahead and Lucas told me to bring the bike right in. He took me in immediately and was very courteous. He fixed the brakes as requested and also adjusted a few things to make the bike feel tighter. He fixed the noisy gears and made the bike ride much better. Excellent service and attention to detail.

Went skiing with my newly waxed and sharpened skis from Z’s Bike Fix, and the difference was amazing. Great quality work and attention to detail. Huge thanks to Lucas — very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Came in with a blown and damaged tire and they fixed it right away, while we waited. Super friendly staff, reasonable prices. Made you feel like family. This is now my go to bike place. Can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend this business. I brought my bicycle in to be looked at. I was greeted with a friendly face, excellent customer service, and good advice. I was expecting to leave the bicycle on site but they repaired it in less than 30 minutes, and the prices were reasonable.

I've been there a couple of times looking for parts for old bikes that I'm refurbishing. Helpful staff gave some advice and a couple of used parts for my projects. None of the snooty vibe that too many of the high end bike shops have! I'll be back.

I highly recommend this business. My granddaughter's bike needed new brake cables and they repaired it in less than half an hour, and the prices were reasonable.

These guys are really great! They fixed a popped tube on the spot and after the tune up my bike feels brand new. Great prices and a great staff. I recommend this place to everyone! I'll for sure be back.
